2 sleeves Ritz crackers 1 can cream of chicken soup, or cream of mushroom 1 carton sour cream, (8 ounces) 1 cup chicken broth 6 boneless chicken breasts, cooked 4 ounces margarine, melted
Directions: Crumble one sleeve of Ritz crackers in the bottom of a 2 to 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Drizzle 1/2 of the melted margarine over the crackers. Mix chicken with soup, sour cream, and broth. Pour over crackers. Crush the remaining sleeve of crackers over the chicken mixture.

Nope,that's not mine! Ritzy Chicken Casserole 4 boneless,skinless,cooked chicken breasts cut into cubes.To cook I just cover with water,season with salt,pepper,garlic powder and cook covered until tender.Cool and cut into 1 inch cubes. 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 C. real mayonnaise(I substitute sour cream sometime because DDIL doesn't like Mayo.Can't tell a difference in the finished product.) 1 sleeve Ritz crackers,finely crushed 1 stick real butter.Margarine will not do for this recipe! Spray a baking dish with non stick spray.Put all of the chicken in the dish and level it out.Mix the soup and mayo(or sour cream)together and spread evenly over the chicken.Spread the Ritz crumbs evenly over the top of that.Melt the butter and drizzle evenly over the crumbs.Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
