Whew, Casey, that trail must be a tough one! LOL.

Ospreys nesting on an electric pole. The company kept destroying their attempts last year, but finally gave up and put up a platform and insulated the wires this year.
They raised two young ones.
Next year, they (the electric company, not the ospreys) are going to build a platform that height about 100' from this, and move some of their nesting materials to it, then destroy this one. Apparently, this has works elsewhere. Hard to get a decent picture when the wires are all around.
