has anyone made the pizza with cauliflower in the crust? I've heard it is good, but am not sure which recipe to use.

I've never liked cauliflower but I guess if I had to eat some I couldn't think of a better way! :)

RE: Speaking of recipes...

Adellabedella, I've never heard of it. Can you post a recipe? Anything with cauliflower sounds good to me.

Holliday, have you tried it roasted?

RE: Speaking of recipes...

My neighbor had told me about it. She tried it and said it was good. Here is the recipe in the link. I think it is the same one.

Here is a link that might be useful: Cauliflower

RE: Speaking of recipes...

I would think it would be great. Considering how similar cauliflower is to potatoes in both taste and texture and potatoes have been used as a crust on a number of things, including pizza, I'm sure this would be great.

My sister uses rice for a pizza crust.
