Mike Huckabee's Fox News Show to debut this weekend with guest Elisabeth Hasselbeck, at 8 p.m. EDT Saturday and Sunday on the Fox News Channel.

| I suspect that if she leaves The View, it will to be a faux 'news' lemming. Sounds like they are grooming her for that. Dottie |

| When it was announced in another thread that Elisabeth might be leaving the show, my first thought was that she was heading over to Fox news where she's often a guest. If so, she would certainly bring a younger perspective to the network. While I don't always agree with her on the View, (or the others for that matter), I think Fox news is a better fit for her, as she is quite passionate when it comes to politics. |

Sue, thanks for the heads up on the new show. I adore Elisabeth and I think she gets overwhelmed (as I would) on The View at times because she is usually one against 3 (or 4, if Barbara is there). That would be tough and she does a good job. I can't imagine Joy holding her own against 3 or 4 conservatives.
Anyway, thanks again for letting us know about the show. I, for one, will be watching.
(Oh, I really like Mike Huckabee, also). |

I also can't stand Elizabeth and I wish she would leave the view. I watch the show every day and have watched it for many years. She is far too opinionated and constantly manipulates the conversation.

| She graduated college with a degree in fine arts. She worked for a shoe company because she " wanted to design shoes". She went on Survior.. In my opinion, that's all the life experience and knowledge she has; yet she continues to push her Views, refuse to listen to someone more knowledgeable than her, and if all else fails cry. Her behavior certainly isn't interesting to me, so you bet I turn her off. |

| I thought the financial segment was one of the most informative I've seen regarding the current crisis. All in all, the show was wonderful, IMO. |

| I also thought it was a interesting show. Geraldine Ferraro and Dave Ramsey both had good information on the bailout.Thought the show was informative and also intertaining so I'll watch it again. |

| I saw part of this in the middle of the night....did not see E Hasselbeck, saw Dave Ramsey, Geraldine Ferraro and someone else. I thought what I saw was great. Did not care for the music at the end... but thought the idea of it was good. I will try to see it all next time if I can figure out when it is coming on. Rose |

I also saw part of the show and will watch it again...Thought is was very interesting and I did/do like EH...I really don't care for the View, not because of her but can't take BW...
But to each his own..I figure there's always that remote or the off button..... |

| If I had cable, I'd check it out..just 'cause. :) Guess I didn't realize Elisabeth would be considered a 'part' of Huckabee's show. And I guess I also thought Huckabee's show was a one time thing. I would be flipping channels for sure..I'm always curious about such..and you can always flip back. ;) |

| I watched part of it, didn't see Elizabeth. I quit watching The View a long time ago, so don't have any opinion of her. I don't agree with the others on The View and their bias towards the Left, which is why I quit watching. |

| The heck with Elizabeth Hasselbeck, I have no thoughts either pro or con. Now Mike Hucklebee, that's a whole 'NOTHER story! LOL (ask most Arkansans and I figure they agree with me that he's a jerk!) Good thing that we all don't agree on everything, it would sure be boring around here! LOL |

| Well, I've never seen the View, and I never watch Fox, so I guess I'll never see Huckabee's new show. I've always thought he was a nice guy, but a slippery politician, and disingenuous about his weight loss -- if anyone knows anything at all about weight loss surgery, it's obvious that he had it prior to his dramatic weight loss. Nothing wrong with that, but he won't admit to it. |
