I have a recipe that calls for 6 egg whites. I have bought the egg whites that come in a carton for this recipe, but I don't know how much to measure out. Does anybody know?

12 tablespoons? I have never seen egg whites in a carton, but one egg contains about two tablespoons of egg white. Cook's Thesaurus may have more info.

Mini angel cake? Please share the recipe. A large one is just too big for us. Have fun baking!

I'll do that tomorrow, Msmarion....I'm switching to another computer and I'm not real smooth at it yet!
|
.....and just so you aren't measuring 12 tablespoons of egg whites, that is 3/4th of a cup.

Thanks, Marygail!
