Jasdip, Your Chicken Recipe

I made your (butter, mustard, garlic, Worcester sauce, Panko) recipe last night and it was delicious! The chicken stayed moist and the flavor was so good. Thanks for posting--I was really needing a new chicken recipe.

I'm so glad you like it! I can't imagine anyone not liking it, but one never knows. Hahaha. I've served it when we had friends over and it's a regular at our house.

Shoot, I should have continued the subject line with "Is Soooo Good!" Is there any way to edit that? I've passed the recipe on to family--hope you don't mind. Ha ha, but I didn't give it a name. :)

Erin, I must say, I was a little nervous opening your post! LOL

Ellen I do have a recipe somewhere for the chicken, but I never measure the ingredients. :(

I melt some butter....4 tbsp perhaps. Mince some garlic, a squirt or so of dijon and a splash of worcestershire.

Rub the boneless breasts in it, then dredge in bread crumbs.

Bake at 375 45 minutes or until done.
