Nice! Here's one from the easternmost point of the Florida panhandle, Santa Rosa Island. I kept the sign in the photo, because I feel like it was warning everyone to stop walking, driving, etc. or you'd be in the ocean! The road really does end at the spot you see.

When I saw the subject of this thread, it immediately reminded me of a club in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. This was probably close to 35 years ago, so my memory might be a bit vague - but I do recall young women dancing around a pole...and the song that was playing was "Afternoon Delight".

I've always loved seeing the sun streaming through the clouds like that. As a child, I thought the streams were paths to heaven, probably as a result of one of those bad Jesus pictures with sun rays around his head so prevalent in Sunday school classrooms.

It sounds like your memory is in fact pretty detailed. Was it because of the music that you remember the experience so clearly?

Actually, the police had nothing to do with my never visiting that fine city again. I left early in the evening; however my friend managed to stay until the wee hours. We were in town to watch some road racing...not really what was happening during the playing of "Afternoon Delight!"
