| I see it too. I took this Saturday at a post wedding outdoor brunch our next door neighbors gave. This big guy flew in and landed on a vase with some bridesmaid's flowers in it. Don't know what is is, but it sure was big.

| Thanks for the video, Taigen. Great job getting all those shots of the chrysalis-in-progress. The little metallic gold ornamentation has always fascinated me. It must be there for a purpose; I wonder what it is. Nicole, yes (after some study)! This one's easier: Can you find the two turkeys? |

| Jodi, that's a scarab beetle. They show up this time of year. They're not very good flyers, but their iridescent color is lovely. I think they are not very long-lived either. |
