When I go for me Remicade treatments,my nurse quite often makes me a Keurig German Chocolate coffee

Recently,we purchased some of the VanHoutte ground Belgian Chocolate Coffee and just love it!

Are there any particular flavoured coffees that you like/enjoy?

Hi Jessi, My top secret email address is ********@*******.*** (I'll send it to you later) As far as hijacking a coffee thread with a coffee question- Ahhh, yer just being overly sensitive... Clover!! I am eccentric and I tend to spend money that I don't have, but even I can't justify 11 thousand dollars for a pressurized french press. Don't get me wrong, if someone gave me one, I'd move my wifes clothes out of the house to make room for it, but nobody has offered me their Clover. Blue Bottle Coffee: I haven't tried it. It gets good reviews. Organic is a good thing in any food product but it doesn't make a bean great if grown in inferior soil, under lousy sun conditions, or grown at a compromised elevation. I've had some pretty lousy organics and some that are very nice. I suspect that Blue Bottle is a mix of excellent growing conditions, plus the fantastic bonus of organic, and some pretty whiz bang marketing. They appear to be the new kid on the block. I'll buy some when I see it- as long as it's not pre-ground and no older than 10 days from roasting. When I first got into the coffee biz I was pretty adventuresome trying hundreds of beans to detirmine what I wanted to sell. After landing one that was perfect for the espresso flavor that made me dance (but only if prepared perfectly- otherwise mediocre) and still very very good from a French Press or Technivorm, I slowed down my tasting endeavors. I'll still try a new bean from time to time but no longer in the business I tend to stick to what I already love so as not to be disappointed. I've been drinking the same roast from the same roaster for 15 years now. What a boring guy I've become... I sure miss this place. You can also order the little plastic discs that fit into the top of used K cups to refill with your own coffee. They come with a little fan brush to help clean the filter in the used one. We ordered the 24 pack and refill with Folgers Black Silk and some flavored favorites. I stick a small square of scotch tape over the hole in middle for freshness and to keep form spilling dry grounds before use. Just make sure to let the filter cup dry completely before reusing. We have some that have been reused 10 or more times. Just turn the cup until the punched hole on bottom is lined up with needle. I marked edge of cup with marker for a while, but is just as easy to turn until it falls onto the needle! Ours at home was a gift, and I bought one for break room at work. Loving that quick cup with a little caramel machiatto creamer.....yum!

The 'secret' for coffee makers is to have the water hot enough. Then it's just up to you what coffee blend and roast you like. Ideally you'd roast and grind your beans immediately before making coffee, but next best is fresh-ground (plus that hot, hot water). I like a carafe. I don't like anything with a 'hot plate' that continually heats the filled container; the coffee becomes 'battery acid' pretty fast. Our Krups electrip drip coffeemaker is about 12 years old. I like 100% Kona coffee, but my Scots genes won't let me use it every day! We use Melita Columbian - Dark Roast. I'll only drink more than one cup if it's Kona brew. It's *mild*. A friend who was an avid coffee drinker (probably 10 cups per day) developed esophageal cancer. Take it easy, folks.

"I don't drink coffee any more (boo hoo), but when I did, I used cream, milk, or half/half. Can't even stand the smell of the flavored stuff, or flavored coffee, for that matter. "I did occasionally use a tad of cocoa powder, and that was tasty with cream and sugar!" You "can't stand flavored coffee," but you put cocoa powder in your coffee to flavor it.... Interesting.

I brew Mocha Java beans, ground fresh each morning. Pour into a tall 12oz. coffee mug, add Amaretto flavored coffee creamer, and top with whipped cream and fresh ground cinnamon.

I'm not fussy :)

monica, now I want a cup of coffee! Wow, that sounds good!

I like basically all the flavors. We used to make them all the time, but haven't in quite a while. Maybe I'll get some over the weekend. It would be a nice change.

I only drink Emerils Big Easy Bold coffee. I have to order online from Kuerig. Stores don't seem to have it here. It's a nice strong bold cup of coffee.

When I make coffee in my regular coffee machine, I use Starbucks beans and grind them fresh first. I use filtered (Brita water) for both machines. Makes better coffee.

I use Community dark roast coffee from Louisiana with crushed ice and a mocha flavored sugar free syrup or sometimes International Delights chocolate caramel creamer.

I was introduced to Jacobs coffee, it is from Germany, I buy the whole beans and grind them myself. I purchase from Amazon. This coffee is SO smooth and mellow, never bitter or acidic. I like to add carmel creamer.

Not a big fan of flavoured coffee but i do like buying the big bag of Zavida hazelnut vanilla beans at Costco. Nice smooth flavour but you don't really notice that it is hazelnut or vanilla tasting. I think I might like chocolate flavoured coffee if I tried it

On another note my niece sent me a gift of David's loose leaf flavoured teas. Never in a million years would I think I would enjoy a flavoured tea but I found myself liking the black tea with salted caramel. Haven't been able to talk myself into trying the Nut Tea or the Movie Night Tea which actually has bits of popcorn in the mix.
