My rule of thumb when dealing with anyone who wants me to buy something and adds "if you get more people to buy, your costs go down" is to say no thank you.

I don't care if the product is the best thing since sliced bread and will cure all that ails you; it's pretty much proven that there is no such miracle supplement/drug/shake/cleanse etc. If it quacks like a duck, it's a duck. This smells like a fish.

Curious, you mentioned former neighbor? Do/did you keep in touch after she/he moved etc.
As to your enquiry, I would not buy/take it at this time without checking with your local health food store or Dr. Sometimes these supplements will interfere with other meds or antibiotics you might need in the future.

Feel sorry for your former neighbor because she's swallowed the bait hook, line & sinker. I suspect you know it's worthless, possibly even harmful. Could interact with other meds, may have been made in a country with no thought of product safety.

I wouldn't call in a Miracle product, but I have used Advocare products with excellent results. When I wanted to lose 25 lbs. for my friends wedding, I did the 24 day challenge and lost 18 lbs. I ate what I wanted, but I got to say, the Spark beverage drink mix really kicked up my energy level a lot. In fact I still use it on a daily basis. It has been 3 years and I have kept the weight off.

I tried Plexus too, with no results whatsoever. =(

Some herbal remedies are precursors of some of today's medications.
But many, many more are just snake oil which you will pay dearly for.

Take an hour or so and surf the net and read about disasters with supplements, and how some of them are not what they say or worse, an assemblage of random chemicals, sawdust, fly droppings and so on.

There is no reason to endanger yourself by taking a remedy you never even knew was available until you got a call from someone who does not love you.

The Spark from Advocare ought to perk you right up - it is LOADED with caffeine.

It has more than Red Bull and is right up there with Monster and Rock Star. That stuff is not good for you! LOL! Oh yea, it has vitamins though .... LOL Be careful with it.

I use half measures of the Spark. At my age, I need some extra "Spark". Besides, I don't drink much coffee, half coffee, half creamer. A wuss drink. And I never drink Cokes,or soft drinks. So, the equivelant of one whole spark per day sure won't do much damage.

I've blocked 90% of extended family because of their cult-like obsession with multi-level marketing "opportunities". Advocare being the most recent! You are not going to be a millionaire in one year promoting this carp and alienating family, friends, co-workers, acquaintences and the stranger in line in front of you, or in back of you, at the grocery store, post office, etc., by trying to convince them to sign up as your 'downline', sell and recruit!

They're so expensive......Tahitian Noni, and this one in particular. You have to pay for the sellers commissions, the trips and conferences.

If you do a check of webMD it says that Moringa Zija is a plant from India, Pakistan etc. This is what it said "Moringa is POSSIBLY SAFE when taken by mouth and used appropriately. The leaves, fruit, and seeds might be safe when eaten as food. However, itâÂÂs important to avoid eating the root and its extracts. These parts of the plant may contain a toxic substance that can cause paralysis and death. Moringa has been used safely in doses up to 6 grams daily for up to 3 weeks." I don't think I'd try this unless I was desperate. It sounds like it could be bad.

Thiis does sound like MLM. On another note, I have a couple of co-workers that swear by Isogenix which is another MLM. I generally keep an open mind because I know that there's a lot we just don't know. But when I asked one of them how much it cost, she told me $900 per month. It's basically a meal replacement plan with lots of vitamins and such. They seem to do a cleanse for 3 days out of 7. They eat their smoothies every day at lunch. They said they feel great and they plan to never quit this program. I can't imagine paying $900 per month for the rest of their lives. Seems crazy to me.

I'm just throwing this out there. My cousin drank huge mugs of coffee every day and frequented 7-11 for 32 ounce cups of black coffee. Didn't smoke, wasn't fat, wasn't weak. Only 50 handsome years old and dropped dead on the floor. The caffeine caused an irregular heart beat. You can't feel that.

Has anyone here tried 2 OLD GOATS lotion for aches and pain..if so did it help?

Never underestimate the power of suggestion. In some tests, a placebo is rated as effective as the product being tested -- because people *believe* it works. (I'd question a product that tests only 4% more effective than a placebo; that's just 'margin of error'.)
