You lucky duck! You don't need any medications? I wish. I'd have to add those to my list. And I'd get to skip baby powder and creme rinse. But pretty close to the same.

I prefer to go to bed clean, rather than having a full day's accumulation of dirt on me. Thus my shower is in the evening. Since I have very little hair on my head, I don't need many of those hair products.

What I am left with in the early morning is:
3 prescription meds
2 over the counter meds
hand soap

Unlike the missus, I brush my teeth after I eat breakfast (my dental hygienist appreciates that).

Lucille....I love using powder, but hate that it permeates everything....even with the bathroom door closed it finds its way into/on the bedroom upholstery, furniture, etc.

Do you have any tips for successfully using powder without getting it everywhere....love the powder, hate the dust!

My list is pretty much your list, but like Jim I've showered at night for years...so use all those products at night.

No special tips, powder is dusty, but I love it. I already have my work cut out for me with the dust/hair brought in/created by the dogs. Both dogs and baby powder make a little more work as far as housekeeping. (OK, as far as the dogs, a LOT more work:)

What? Nobody uses T.P. -- or shaves? LOL

We aren't getting sweaty most days, but we bathe before bed, too. More sponge baths than showers or tub baths. Our dermatologist discourages too much bathing, and it takes time to apply body lotion afterwards.

I wash my hair in my bathroom sink about every fifth day. I don't want to spend twenty minutes blow-drying my hair every day.

Mornings I wash up and use moisturizer; do brows, mascara, lip-liner, lipstick. I clean my teeth after breakfast -- brush, use pick, rinse well.

(Remember to avoid inhaling powder.)

I thought I was much lower maintenance than most people I know, but I've got you all beat. In addition to the standards above (shampoo, conditioner toothpaste, deoderant, etc) I also use different products for my hair (oil, spray) and makeup and perfume and asthma inhaler and chap stick and hand lotion. I'm sure there's more...

What?? No coffee?? LOL

A lot of people I know claim that their day doesn't get off the ground till they have had their coffee.

Most days for me begins with a short cup of coffee while checking the 'puter for email or any hot news. After that comes the bathroom routine.

I too usually shower at night except for rare occasions when I shower in the morning, usually if I have a doctor appointment.

As the lists are evoloving, I've noticted we left out hot water heaters, plumbing, coffee makers, toothbrush, a drinking glass etc. Hm. A lot to think about! What would it have been like to live thousands of years ago?

What was it like? Back to one of my favorite books (actually in the 'young adult' library): "Down The Common" by Bates.

We'd be dirty, wrinkled, toothless old hags by 25 -- if we lived that long.

When I was a youngster visiting my grandparents (not thousands of years ago) before my Grandpa built the bathroom (he built his house himself) there was an outhouse.
Showers were cold, from well water. He had a kerosene stove and a wood stove.
Thankfully there was electricity, and he had a refrigerator although they still had an old fashioned ice box which he used to store stuff in.

Going along the lines of what I think the OP meant,

- toothpaste
- bar soap
- shampoo
- moisturizer (facial and body)
- a vitamin
- and I use a hair dryer for about 3-4 minutes

Don't put on makeup most days unless I'm going out. Pretty low maintenance, I guess.

I shower morning and evening. Breakfast is always an icy cold Coke and three cigarettes on the patio, rain or shine. I never wear makeup anymore. Got lazy about sunblock. Sweet freedom !
