Married at first sight fans....

What do you think so far? I think Vaughn and Monet have the least chance of success. They say they are attracted to each other, but it looks like they are always bickering.
Although it seems Courtney and Jason are a good match, Coutney is beginning to seem odd to me.
It's interesting how Jamie is warming up to Doug, but his career is a real concern and might be the deal breaker.
They all seem to be comfortable in front if the camera.
What are your thoughts?

Same thoughts as you.

I think Courtney and Jason's schedule's will become an issue. He may have to give up the boxing. I think he would if it came to that. There is something about Courtney that is starting to bother me, but I can't quite figure it out yet.

Vaughn and Monet will not make it. Too much drama and analyzing. She needs to let him have some down time. I think he will be spending alone time in his own apartment.

I really like Jamie and Doug. It's been interesting watching her evolve. I had little hope at the wedding. I think she mentioned she was afraid that just when she starts to like him, he would stop liking her. The job issue is a concern, but he seems committed to stepping up. She has not had much stability as far as family. His mom looks a little distant and apprehensive, but I think I would as well initially.

another show I've not seen! all sort of them out there..OMG ran across one called naked dating 2 days ago...lots of blurred camera shots! or the other naked show camping ala survivor....

I wasn't rude, closetdiva, I'm just not into stroking. Since you came here to be stroked, why instead did you ask for advice? Why not just say, "I need someone to make me feel good because there's no man doing it at present." You said you don't know what to do, so we stated what we think you should do. I certainly couldn't suggest you stick around for things to get better because they won't and defintitely not for your son. You compromise his emotional and mental health every single day. Why don't you know what to do? Nor could I condone your wounded spirit because you are not a victim. You created this mess....again, maybe not the first time but each subsequent time. Since you cannot see the signs for sake of your own instant happiness, then I again ask that you do as asolo suggests. And that's not being rude. Stating the facts and suggesting wise decisions might not be what you want people to say to, but it's what you asked for and what you need. Hopefully you will listen, or you will go to those other sites for people to stroke your wounded spirit.

the silence is deafening. one serious issue is that while nc may not be responsible for man's promise to fiance, there is the potential issue of aids. this changes everything for me. someone's life could be at risk. of course the fiance needs to be told. when nurses are having unprotected sex, and they know all the dangers, it makes me wonder just how careful are most people? there's no way around the truth, even though it's inconvenient and ugly. you are treated by the world in the way you allow yourself to be treated. you must respect yourself and honor yourself. if you manipulate and lie and get "away" with it, as in, the unexpected pg wins you the man, guess what? you're not winning any prize. I wish this weren't true. But I would lay money on it. Be careful where you point your feet, because that's where you're gonna end up.

I watched and find it kind of interesting. I felt awful for guy whose bride did not like him at first. He is such a patient and sweet guy. Fun to watch their relationship evolving and her feelings changing. The EMT and make-up artist couple are cute together, but I think their schedules will be a challenge. The third couple I don't see lasting.

I don't think Jamie was overreacting. She admittedly has trust issues that are very deep rooted and we saw that pain. Doug's lie not only disrespected her, but also his mother. A very immature response on his part. I don't think it was the first time he's lied in a relationship. I like both Doug and Jamie and I truly hope they make it work. I think it will take more work on Doug's part because Jamie is so emotionally fragile. I don't see Jamie giving Doug a third chance if he messes up. I think out of all 6 participants, Courtney is the most mature and logical. I think she and Jason have the best chance at success if he lets his guard down. Jason mentioned that nothing in his life ever turns out for the better. I wonder if he is just protecting his mom (and maybe himself) in case it doesn't work out with Courtney. After all as this is airing they are only 1 month into the marriage. I hope that Jason lets his guard down and allows Courtney to meet his mom, I think Courtney could be a great source of support to both. Vaughn and Monet are a train wreck. Very hard to watch their segments.

I love the show and can't wait for the next show. I must have watched some of the episodes 4 times. Its so addicting.

I really don't know if any will make it, maybe Jamie & Doug has the best chance.I'm hoping 1or 2 couples make it.

What do you think..............is this for real or just a show?

I haven't watched any but the first episode because I don't have cable, and right now my internet usage for the month is pretty much used up, but it re-ups tomorrow, so I will watch some more then. I enjoyed the first episode which just told about the experiment and some of the people that applied. Another one I enjoyed which was shown on FOX...regular tv...was "I Wanna Marry Harry". That is where about a dozen American girls went to England to meet an unknown guy...who they believed was Prince Harry...but he was just a Prince Harry look-alike.

You do wonder why anyone in their right mind would do this. But, that's reality TV.

I can see someone in their 30's who hasn't had much luck meeting someone in the conventional ways, like Vaughn and Monet. But Courtney, Jadon and I think even Jamie are in their 20's.
What makes the show interesting, is having the experts weigh in on what is happening.

I think Jason is my favorite. He wasn't put off by Courtney burlesque career.
And, handled it in a gentlemanly way.

I like Vaughn the least. He's the one sending put mixed signals, more so than Monet. Maybe for him, it's the thrill of being on TV.

I haven't watched any episodes yet, but I saw all 3 of the women interviewed on The View today. They ALL said Courtney & Jason had the best chance......that's telling!
