Mmmm...I've been hankering for sausage and peppers (and onions). However, tonight, we're going out to dinner with friends. I'm interested in a big green salad with chicken, and DH is likely to have a hamburger.

I had not even thought of supper. I guess I will just warm up a leftover grilled hot dog if there is one and probably a piece of blueberry pie.

Sort of a hot dish...........spaghetti rings, ragu, hamburger, etc. Tastes pretty good, sprinkled with grated cheese.

I had leftovers from last night.......shrimp noodles alfredo, some mixed vegetables and a slice of watermelon.

Big mixed salad with ham and swiss slices, lots of good raw veggies along with the spring greens and baby spinach.

Wish I had some pumpernickle to make some croutons.

After the beach, it was simple grilled cheese, tomato, pickle and strawberries. Ice cream is sounding good too.

Salads, leftovers, some grilling. Sounds like we all had easy meals tonight.

Hubby made dinner tonite. He put sliced onions in foil and sliced potatoes, with olive oil, pepper and oregano in another foil packet. Grilled them, and made hamburgers.
Delicious! I made strawberries and whipped cream between graham wafers. Freeze for 15 minutes. That's our new favourite dessert!

It was catch what you can around here. The guys with to see Transformers(5 BAD REVIEWS FROM TONY & GANG) Molly & I had night together. She went an got Chic fil la (sp) for our dinner and watched "Bones" while we ate our dinner in my bed.

I made broiled ginger-teriyaki salmon, mediterranean curried couscous, and sauteed vegetables with one half a red pepper, two crookneck squash from our garden, and a few mushrooms, all cooked in olive oil with a little garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

Bob, do you have other fish recipes? We don't like salmon, but halibut, sole, scrod etc. would be nice to have some interesting recipes. (Shrimp and scallops too) DH doesn't like curry though.

We went out for Mexican. I stayed late at my dad's cleaning out his house so we can sell. Told DH I'd call him about 30 min before I got home so he could start dinner. Phone died & I didn't have my charger. It was way too late to start dinner by the time I got home, so we ended up going out.
