Can I be proud for a moment?

A few Facebook friends said they were going to do this 30 day ab challenge. I looked at it and decided "Why not?" I need to get in better shape so I started on June 1. Today's June 13 and I've already done my exercises (60 sit ups, 75 crunches, 40 leg raises and a 50 second plank). I'm going to change clothes and head out for a 4 mile walk/run soon.

Now it's important to note I've not done a sit up in over 30 years. I have been walking/running for a while but have not been as consistent as I need to be. While I'm not really losing weight (but I need to), I can feel good changes in my body.

Yay me....for now. The last day of the month calls for 125 sit ups, 200 crunches, 65 leg raises and a 2 minute plank. I'm ready!
