What's for dinner Wednesday?

Glenda, thanks so much for hosting yesterday's dinner post. Geez, you had so many responses you should be doing this!! I did read this them this morning and you were right. KT'ers eat very well.

We ate at Chili's. It isn't my favorite place but it's decent and the beer's cold :-) Not good news from the dentist--he's referring me to a specialist about the sore in my mouth (hence, the beer). After the dentist, I had to return some shorts to Beall's and get two baby shower gifts. Then we went to Wal-Mart. That store just wears me out.

Anyway, tonight's dinner is my leftover cheeseburger bacon sliders and Harry's quesadillas. They give way too much food.

Hope your day has been good to you. What's for dinner tonight?

Been down with back problems, so slept late 3 days and no water class for me. Hopefullly my back will let me go tomorrow, and easy does it though.

Joel's Homecooking: love their meatloaf and french green bean casserole.

You both do good jobs of 'hosting' this thread.

I had spaghetti and meatballs, plus cottage cheese.

Beautiful here today with highs in 70s and low humidity. My kind of day.

Patti, hope you make out good at the specialist.
For dinner hubby had grilled cheese sandwiches & I had a turkey sandwich.
Very hot here in the 90's & they say hotter every day. I hate looking like a tomato all day.

Glenda, I sure hope your back is better tommorrow. Any idea how it got that way? I know how much you enjoy the friendship and exercise at your water classes.

Shirley, thank you. You are always so sweet! When I read "spaghetti and meatballs" my tummy let me know that sounded terrific! :-)

Thanks, Mary, I'll be fine one way or another! We're always in the 90's just about every day down here, but we're used to it. I much prefer it to the 60's. Haven't done grilled cheese for a while and I have some great smoky gouda for bologna/cheese sandwiches. Thanks for giving me a little inspiration.

All the food sounds good. DH ate a late lunch after golf so he is not hungry and I have no idea what to have for myself. It is getting late.....

I had lunch out today, celebrating a friend's birthday. Tonight we're having grilled Swiss cheese and apple sandwiches. don't feel like cooking, don't feel like eating. The sandwich is huge, so I'll just cut off a corner for me.

We went out for supper. I had a tossed salad, warm bread and butter, and a tuna wrap. Hubby had a baked potato and a half a rack of ribs.

I ended up splitting and frying a hot dog and eating on bread. A few tortilla chips with guacamole on the side.

Boneless beef ribs, corn on the cob and baked beans. Were too full to bother with the potato salad and watermelon that was also supposed to be part of the meal.
