Did You Watch Big Brother Last Night?

I did stay awake to watch it and I did enjoy it. I guess it is on again tonight. Did anyone else watch it?

Yes I did. Going to be a very different game this time it sounds like. They are really changing it up.
There are some very strong personalities in there already.
Really strange to put 8 in one night and then 8 in the second night.

I am a BB fan! I like all the new twists. My thought is why would anyone really want HOH, since even they are not safe. Hopefully more will be revealed tonight. I also like the secret alliance that we get to vote for.

My fav last night was the groundskeeper and also the nurse. Forgot their names! DJ gal and the youtube sensation will get on my nerves. I had never heard of him before or his famous sister.

Looks to be a fun season!

Gosh, lets see if I remember this. The sisters got to the mat just ahead of Victor & Tammy. But, sisters could not be checked in because they did not have their travel documents. They had to go back to the boat yard, get their stuff then, back to the finish mat. Michael & Mark decided to go back for their back packs before they did the challange. They used most of their money on the taxi back to the boat yard and then back to the location of the challange. They got to the challange, finished it and headed to the Temple where the finish mat was. They did not have enough money to pay the full taxi fare so they gave some of their own personal 'stuff' to the taxi driver as payment. They got to the mat before the sisters returned but, got the time penalty, 4 hours?, because they used there own stuff as payment. The sisters got back to the mat, were checked in as the 4th team to arrive, no other penality. Michael & Mark were then checked in as the last team to arrive but, it was an non elimination leg of the race. The catch is, on the next leg of the race they will have extra stuff to accomplish. Plus, there was time left on their penality after the girls returned, that time, about 30 minutes (?) will be added to their start time. They will start the next leg of the race last, plus what ever was left on their penality. OK, Kids...did I get that right? sooey

Didn't finish. Scrapped it after watching about half. Took it off of the TiVo schedule for next week. It's almost a signal when they try to grab your attention right off with random sex, Why??? i guess others like to WATCH? I enjoy several shows where they TALK a lot about it but don't find it necessary to be graphic...and I love Big Bag, Mike & Molly and others of the same genre. I sure wish there was some network shows I could watch with my grandkids like we used to do with our own kids.

i strongly agree with virgil about the real work done on these shoes i have to say, i really hope they change hgtv shows. i know theres a thread somewhere on here all about hgtv but im sick and done with the fake happy couples who happen to mysteriously have ginormous amounts of money to flip and renovate homes into ugly houses for the fools who are on the show its the same s*it all over and over day after day, just different couples doing the same decorating and "designing" when we know all the TRUE work is done by engineers, architects, contractors, plumbers, electricians, handymen, house stagers and interior designers who work with them. you know....the little people

My mistake, 'Creepy' did go through. I guess there are those who like that type of thing, but I'm not one of them. To me she seems, I don't know, depressing? Sinister? Even kind of evil. And she did win in Asia. I've got mixed emotions about someone winning the show in one country, then coming to another country and entering the same show. Doesn't really seem quite fair to me. And I've always had a question in my mind about rules for contestants. I wonder what, if any, qualifications they have to meet in order to audition. The group that got the Golden Buzzer were fantastic! I can easily see them winning the whole thing! And I actually laughed out loud at the lady stand-up comedian, she was really funny! I have seen trained cats before, once at Fiesta Texas, and once in a Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey circus matinee. But neither act was any where near as good as last night's cats were. Looks like some really tough competition this year! Rusty

Did not watch it but glad you are posting again. How is everything going with the family. I just got back from a 2 weeks trip to CA to see GD graduate from HS. ,

I agree, the groundskeeper is my favorite so far~~ He is so much older than the others...don't know how that will work out.

quite a mixture so far...it will be interesting to see who shows up tonight...I think the little NY DJ will probably be the first one in bed with one of the guys or maybe the black guy with one of the girls...well I guess I should see tonight's show before I make any predictions...

I liked the first group better. Don't like several of the people in the second group. My initial impression of Zach is that he sounds like a real jerk.

Marilyn, the biggest news from last night was more information about the HOH and the houseguests nominated. There's going to be 2 HOH, each who will nominate 2 for eviction - putting 4 in danger of going home. There will then be a Battle of the Block where the 2 compete against the other 2. I believe that the 2 who win means that the HOH who nominated them is then no longer an HOH which puts that person in jeopardy also, but I'm not clear if that's an automatic thing or if they can choose the other HOH to step down.
