Baseball practice has already begun. GS is now 15 and on the varsity team. This is Little League pic.

This is from last year. DH moved the feeder pole a few feet further from his launching tree this year. He still spends hours trying from the tree, two nearby shrubs and up the pole. So far, so good. There is plenty on the in the sheltered ground feeder for him and 5 or 6 like him.

I want to pet those silky soft doggie ears. Reminds me of my shepherd/collie Florabelle, RIP, of long ago. I jsut placed a scarf circle on the livingroom floor. My cat immediately walked up to it, but only sniffed and walked away. Then I saw her go back and check it out again, but so far she's not sitting inside it. Such an interesting phenom.

Thanks. I haven't been posting here as regularly as I had in the past. So now sometimes when I do, I get carried away. It was pretty easy to take fabulous pictures on the island of Madeira. Almost anywhere you looked there would a stunning view. And you could then turn 180 degrees in that spot and have a different wonderful view. Between my 35mm film camera and my wife's small digital camera we came home with nearly 800 photos.
