QUICHE talk questions

Never had it, or made it. How about you? Sounds like a smorgasborg of put in what you have dish. Any choice of meats if desired. Or vegetarian. Cheese could be quite a variety. From recipes, just try to keep a similar ratio of ingredients. Half & Half cream? Eggs seem to vary, from 3-5. Use a normal pie dough crust? Some say to pre-bake the crust a bit, or the bottom gets soggy. Others can be made crust-less. One makes the Quiche then freezes it, to be baked later. This would be nice, to make in smaller pans for individual servings. If you bake a normal 9" pan, can the baked Quiche be cut and frozen? Or does that ruin it? Is it eaten warm, and/or cold? Maybe I should taste one first! Thanks for your experienced advice.
