I want to share with my KT Family a poem that my son wrote for me.

Sandy
She was a loyal companion
an unbelieveable best friend,
she was love by so many,
until the bitter end.

For I lost a special friend today,
that no other can replace,
as I see her empty bed;
I still see her smiling face.

She had a long healthy life
a sweet and precious girl,
always happy barking at cats
or maybe chasing a squirrel.

Whenever we would go to leave
she would search for her treat,
a delicious peanut butter cookie
she always loved to eat.

She was definitely loved,
and will be sorely missed,
from the way she backed
her gentle licks and kiss.

I know she's in a better place,
that God has for our furry friend,
where the cloud and stars meet
and angels make them better again.

Sandy was a a special friend,
who gave us all her best,
as I laid there looking in her eyes
I knew time had come for her to rest.

I know it will be a struggle
to go and face each day,
but I know she is with God,
And I will see her again someday.

So in my closing words
I thank you Sandy, for your love,
and know we will be together again
up in the heavens above.
