Well, I would certainly hope an Oklahomian would get that one right! LOL Well, I have a Swedish friend who makes something like that, but I never connected it with the Mississippi Mud Cake so I'll guess Sweden. On the other hand, when I think of chocolate I think of Swiss chocolate so maybe it's Switzerland.
