What's for Dinner, Sat?

We're just eating. I tried a Lidia Bastiannich (sp) dish of sliced potatoes and onions, sliced cherry tomatoes tossed in olive oil and oregano and roasted.

Having pork tenderloin along with it. Dijon mustard (I used both smooth and whole grains) and spices rubbed over it, browned in a skillet then popped in the oven. Both are keepers!

I may not be back to comment on everyone's thread, we're going to watch Mad Men now, on the computer! But I love knowing what you all are having tonite.
