Dietitian, I am pretty sure the cabinets are fully overlay. To be honest, I'm not 100 percent sure exactly what that means. I think it means no facing around the cabinets, which I have (and I'm sure Dutchwood does that) The file drawers work very well for the Pyrex. I keep all my Pyrex there except bowls. (I have a separate drawer for deep bowls that also has a CD rack in it to keep the lids separate. This drawer under the glass cabinets- I'm in our FL house now not PA so I can't take a picture). I'm not sure what to say about the garbage- here is a picture of it open if that helps. Dutch wood did every cabinet in my house (including pantry and closets). Krii, it’s one long 4’ sink with cutting boards/bowls etc. I had a double sink before and I am stoked to have one big one!

So I do have a designer, and she had me meet her general contractors just the other day. I’ll be doing a full gut. I had been wishy-washy on keeping the cooktop on the island versus moving to the wall. So thank you for all your comments on voting to move it to the wall. I agree! And, today I went to the wolf show room and got to test out an induction stove and it was awesome! So I am sold on the induction cooktop moved to the wall with an outside vent. Now I have a better idea of what I want I can call the contractors before they get started on their bids. Fixed price bids are best right....
