Here's the recipe from the 4 B's Restuarant. (I just missed one B). This is a restuarant we visited in Missoula, MT a few years back. It is the BEST! I all ways double the recipe, cause the 2 of us fight over it!

Plus it is super easy!

Old Fashioned Cream of Tomato Soup

from The 4B's Restuarant

(yeilds 1/2 gallon)

32 oz. canned diced tomatoes

9 oz chicken broth (undiluted)

1 oz butter

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon chopped onion

A pinch of baking soda

2 cups cream

1. Mix tomatoes, chicken broth, butter, sugar, onions and soda. Simmer 1 hour.

2. Heat cream in double boiler.

3. Add cream to hot tomato mixture.

4. Ready to serve and enjoy....it's delicious.
