How about a Houston get together

Mike and I will be getting into Hitchcock on the 27th. I know Natalie has a wedding on the 29th. How about getting together at the Italian restaurant we went to last time. We would get together on the 30th. We will be heading out on the 31st.

Anybody interested in coming?

Absolutely we would, I will check the calendar but I think we should be open. The Lasagna House is great for us.
Will be great to see everyone again.

If it's lunch, most likely, I cannot go. I still have family from out of town until Sunday afternoon. So, if it's Sunday dinner, I may be able to come.

This was a fun and relaxing get together thanks to all of Susans hard work. My DH thinks it's great that I've met a group of people that have something in common with me, food and kitchens ;-) Susan, your home and hospitality are going to be hard to match when we get together at my place. The food you prepared for us was to die for!! But most importantly the fellowship was the best. It was so nice to meet Lena, Yaksha and Susan for the first time. I've met May and Denise at a get together in Houston at May's home before. It felt like I've known you all for a long time. Thank you again Susan for a wonderful get together and the opening up of an opporunity to meet new friends!

Thanks for posting the pix Karen! It was great, as always, getting together with old friends and new. Yes, Annie, we did nothing but eat and talk. And laugh of course. What could be better than that? The food was delicious and the company delightful. And a good time was had by all. I'm looking forward to the next get together in San Antonio when Sharon and Clive breeze through. What fun!!!

There you go Patti, Diane will help too. Lydia, Stoneybaloney, and Kayjones, live in Kansas City. Hopefully they'll come along. JoannKs is there. Frazoo (Leslie) is in central (I think) Kansas and Toni is close to central Kansas, but in Nebraska, and maybe they can hook up. Then there's Stacy in Okla. (and Moni if she can), Ron & Baby, Phyllis in Minn., Sandy & Linda in Iowa are not really all that far away. The Pink boid could bring Necci too as she isn't that far. These are just off the top of my head, and I know there's more, that are within a days drive if they'd like to plan for a long weekend. Leslie/Nebraska

We are in Hitchcock and have talked to Marilyn. Mike and I will be bringing her to the get together. I also heard from happy go lucky gail, she will be coming also. Chatted with Gabby, she and Jimmy are planning to come also.

I don't remember the name of the restaurant or the address. Raven could you post that information please. Would 6:30 work for everyone?

I would be happy to make the reservations for you if you want. 6:30 is fine with us. The restaurant is The Lasagna House. It's the one on 1960 @ I-45.
Let me know if you want me to set up reservations under KT name.

I will be there! Looking forward to seeing you all again. And...I love Lasagna House! Please, can someone let Gayle know she is welcome to stay at my place if she needs to either before or after the gathering. I have a room always ready for company.

Ok just talked to them we have a 6:30 reservation for 10 and the name is Kitchen Table or KT.

I'm so sorry you all. I cannot make it. I just found out today that my family from out of town are here until Tuesday, not Sunday as I thought.

We are going down to Clear Lake on Sunday to visit my brother & his family since they cannot make it to the wedding. I don't think we will be back up in this area in time for the KT gathering. So sorry :(. I just have to catch with you all next time Nita is back. Boo-hoo... I wish there are 2 of me.
