4 days this week, not good, but better than nothing, right?

I used the machines, this afternoon, as well as yesterday, plan to tomorrow as well. Then back to water aerobics, next week..

Worked my shoulders and legs, today. I know my limits with my bad shoulder and docotor says to quit when it hurts and I do.

Body likes me much better when I make it work!
