Sharing Good News

I am usually here asking for prayers. This Friday Jim and I are celebrating our 50th anniversary and renewing our vows. He asked me if I would marry him again and I said of course.The next day he contacted our Pastor and set up the Renewal Ceremony. My son and his family are here from Missouri.Mike and Paula and my three grandchildren and our first great grandson. He is a year old and we are finally getting to see him and hold him. He knows us from Skype and as soon as they opened the car door he held out his arms and called Momma. We are having a wonderful time with all of them. My sister in law comes in tonight from Dallas. We have a full house but couldn't be happier.

Just the other day I was thinking about how long it would take and what kind of riding lawn mower I was going to buy. It's really a perfect match for me. Congrats,that is wonderful news!! I was right behind you ,I had bc surgery in august of 2008.My markers have been ok,but I kept having pain on the right side under the arm,that caused me grief,but I kept on the dr,and last year just before xmas I told him the best gift I could have would be if he would order an ultra sound of the area,and just prove there was no lump there.He did and it came back just as he said it would,scar tissue.Still it eased my mind.Both he and my pcp had been telling me all along that is what they thought it was,and other tests said the same thing,i just wanted proof and peace of mind. That journey is bad enough without added things to worry about. This june will be my 5 year anniversary for the femera pill. Hope all your reports stay positive,time to celebrate!! Tfs kathi

This is such a happy occasion. I hope you'll share photos of the happy bridal couple...and the newest great-grandbaby! He can be your ring-bearer. How many men can say they attended the Great Grandparents' wedding!
