Forget about taking the background out. I can use the bottom part of the picture, focusing on the drums.

It's the writing that I want on the picture.

Shoot, it's too big. i tried cropping it, but it's too close. Is there any way of shrinking the whole picture, and maybe putting the words in one line?

You can shrink pictures using ifanview Since I don't know, what size you want it.... I just did what I liked. :)

How about the letting type? Is it ok?

I wanted it to be big enough to read, that is why it is two lines.

For some reason this forum enlarges the pictures, the actual size of the picture I have saved to my pc is more the size you want I believe. Try saving it to your pc and see what size it is. That's why on some the text looks out of focus.

Otherwise, if the space you are going to put it in is horizontal and is long and skinny...

you would probably be better off taking a different picture. Instead of setting the drums in a grouping like they normally are, and like they are in this photo, how about setting them out in a single long line? That would be much better formatted to the space that you are trying to fill.

Or else, maybe crop, like this....

Jel, that's the shape that I'm trying to make it fit......your horizontal sample.

Putting the drums in a row, wouldn't work, I don't think as the picture still comes square.

With LunaPic I'm squishing the corners to squeeze the picture, but then the printing is either out of the picture to get the drums, or the drums are missing to get the printing.

Last request, honest. Can someone put the printing near the top of the picture, so that I can get more drums and the printing? You guys are great, thanks for all of your help!

jas, I can make a long wide picture, if I crop a tall picture. You should give us a picture with the drums set up in a row.

yes if you want that type of format then the drums will have to be placed in a row or in more of a horizontal formation. If you keep trying to reshape that square format it just makes it all wonky and distorted.
It just takes a few minutes to do then don't worry about my time playing with this I have time today to play LOL.

ok here is one I tried to alter with out making it too distorted and changed the text to the top

raven, it will be a WHOLE lot better if we get a pic with the drums adjusted for a wide picture.

ok but not all of the drums show well in that picture. But I have this shot done and by my measurement on the screen it measures 2.5 inches high by 8 inches wide. This forum will likely change that because it for some reason changes the sizes. But if you want the actual one I have saved to my pc I might have to email it to you.

Nope, not for sale Raven. I just wanted them sized to put on the home site for Freecycle. I'm a moderator, and change the picture periodically.

Currently I have a pic of my orchids........to try and get everyone in the mood for spring.

With April coming up I want to post the drums, and show them off a bit! LOL People tease him/us about having pink drums till they see them. They're gorgeous.
