Chris, NICE job!!! Can you take a pic of the whole tree? Anirbn, My mom fell and hurt herself badly after she got out from a week in the hospital, so I totally forgot too. My bad. It started getting lighter in coloring..It was loosing it's vivid green look because the temps have gotten so cold. But I stuck it in the house and it seems to be coloring up again/. I will take a pic tomorrow..) I have been trying to grow it Bonsai style since I don't need it to be big and take up room. So it's pretty small..

Fix it now....you'll regret it later. We did all the painting/spraying ourselves and we ran into this problem because there was too much dirt on the floor by the baseboard. So it would get thrown up into the paint when the sprayer hit it. So we ended up having to resand everything and repaint. A rough surface will collect dust more and also catch your rag when you wipe it down. Sorry, I hated delays too but you will be happy you spent the time once you are in.

Okay...today.... The vet gave Denny a phone number for a Pit rescue. The vet will not just put her to sleep. She has her shots up to date...but they want to keep her for 15 days to make sure. That will cost a bundle. Jeff's job is just starting...he doesn't have money yet. I could probably come up with it...but I'm hanging on to every penny I get so maybe I can soon get a car. If I gotta I gotta. I don't know about a rescue place. I don't want someone to get ahold of her that will stick her in those illegal fights. She's not a good candidate. She has a plate and pins in her back leg and she has messed up her right shoulder at sometime. If you take her for a walk she will limp for days afterwards. She's fat. although I think she has lost about 20 pounds since being here. I put her on "lite" dog food. We are keeping them all separate for right now. And they are all whinning. They are lonesome for each other. Crazy huh. Emotionally today is a little better...Giving her away or putting her to sleep is really going to be hard. Today Alice (the dobe) is a little stiff but she looks good. Taisa (pitt) who is twice the size as Alice looks terrible. Her head is a big fat ball. All swollen up and eyes swollen shut. I can't imagine little Alice did all this.. patti
