GSN _ Dancing with the Stars

| Dish network is giving the GSN channel as a freebie for now. So I am watching DWTS and loving it all over again.
Dish likes to throw out freebie channels once in a while to get viewers (like me) hooked enough to upgrade. I won't upgrade so I will enjoy it for as long as I can.

DWTS is on here too on GSN fun seeing the old winners again
Sometimes we get free HBO nd Showtime I find there isn't too much on those to warrant subsribing to them JMHO. |

| I get GSN on my cable package, and I was hoping they would cut out all the filler and practice clips and just show the dancing....nope....all that stuff is in, so I'm not tuning in much. |

| I have Dish, but never heard of GSN. What channel do you get it on? I get REELZ and STARZ "free" all the time, but there is never anything there I want to see. Have any of you gotten a card in the mail about a Class Action Settlement with DISH? Sue |

| GSn is 116 here on Dish. I dont like DWTS and I would like to know what it is doing on game show network anyway. |

As ben stated above, it is on channel 116, and it stands for Game Show Network. WE-channel 128 is also free at this time (depending on your 'package') and it is a good one.
Military channel 195 is free this month.
Travel 196 until 2/28. Check out channel 102 for what is free each month and for how long. I program a 'favorites' list, and add the freebies in each month and delete the freebies as they become inactive. My favorites list excludes things I never watch...sports, sci-fi, mtv, shopping, etc. That way when I bring up the grid guide, it shows just those channels of interest to me. |

I get Travel with my basic package. It better not disappear from my viewing or i will be on the phone Dish. One thing I do love about GSN is the old game shows from the 70s. Especially Password...how corny but fun to watch. My favorite is deal or no deal and 100,000 Pyramid SamKaren
