Laura, one of my very favorite soups..I make a batch and eat on it for a week of lunches. Kamren will have one bowl...the others won't touch it. Well I have some mac n cheese in the oven, and fried rice in a skillet. And salad. The Bourbon, Brown Butter Vanilla Bean Shortbread is now in logs in the fridge too. One more cookie dough to make..and one more marshmallow..but other than baking off some CC cookies for lunch boxes..I'm done...for tonight.. Oh and I started laundry too..one more load of 3 to get in the wash. I think I will sleep well tonight..might not even make it through Survivor.

Thank you everyone! Carol, Francis Meilland's blooms are near perfection every time they bloom and they last good on the bush. I planted it in 2013 and it has not been prolific, but that does seem to be improving. Some have reported it being more prolific, so potentially I think it can be. I am considering getting another FM and Firefighter and planting them in a different location. Love them both, but they have the same problem, and they're planted in the same bed.

Like Kate, I love garden shots. Give Sarah Hawes extra time...it is slower than most to increase and then explodes, at least, it did here. Blue Eyed Butterfly is a beautiful with the companion plants. I cannot have that lovely blue color here except very early in the season...it is too hot, and they die, water or not. Happy to see Rosie since I really enjoyed it and it did so well here this season, it's first in my garden. I really like your photos of Kentucky Lucky too. So very lovely with all your plantings. He's using the cart indoors and didn't want to have to clean it after using it outdoors. He had intended to buy other things and they were all out of them. Pessimistically: I agree. We're doomed!
