Then hit the gym to work off the lbs I put on during previous cruise. Gotta get back in to the groove of exercising.

My day was sort of busy. Two of the sons in law are cutting wood, so Cheryl, Amber, Alyssa and I went running around looking for birthday party invitations and things for Alyssa's 3rd birthday. Then we ate at Bob Evan's had coupons buy one get one with purchase of two drinks. I had the chicken and noodle dinner and iced tea to drink. All was good. My supper was a Greek Yogurt. More snow to move in again. Coyote tracks up my front walk to my porch. Won't let Izzi out unless I am with her.

I had a potato, some mac and cheese, and a hard cooked egg. They keep promising me a warm up, then they keep changing when and how warm. Why do I listen to 'them'?

Hi Terri,
Today was a beautiful sunny day. I shoveled the parking lot and sidewalks, we went out and picked up some chicken breasts on sale, and much needed ink for the printer.

I then got to making our belated Valentines Dinner. Friday nite we were at a birthday party, and we worked yesterday from 10-6, so tonite was the special meal.

I make a cheater, my version of Osso Bucco. Instead of veal shanks, I just cut a boneless beef roast into quarters, tie with twine and proceed as the rest of the recipe. Browning the meat, mirepoix of celery, carrots and onion, tomato paste, white wine, etc.

Served it with creamy potatoes and sauteed broccoli and red wine. Hubby was in his glory. Chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert.

Hi, Terri! It's been a beautiful day here....temperatures in the balmy sixties and brilliant sunshine. Lots of neighbors washed their vehicles this afternoon to get rid of road salt or tended to some outdoor chores, just like we did.

NATURALLY, we're going to fire up the grill tonight to cook a couple of ribeyes over the coals! I'm going to slice up a mess o' onions and mushrooms to saute' and have a spinach salad.

Glenda, good dinner in my mind! Yeah always seems a little harder each time we stop to get back into the exercise routine.

Kentucky Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn on the cob, baked beans, and biscuits. Don't have it often, but that's all I've been thinking about for days! That should satisfy the craving for another few years! LOL

We used to eat that when I was a kid. Except we usually had slaw..my mom would eat the whole container. I might get a scoop or two if I got to it first.

Well cake is in the oven..rolls are anbout to get formed.

We had rotisserie chicken and a big salad.

It was cool here today, around 50, but nice and sunny. I've spent the day catching up on laundry and doing some organizing.

DH fixed dinner tonight, something. We had salmon with a garlic sauce. He cooked a little linguine and put a little of the sauce on that. We had a veggie mix of squash, navy beans, and spinach with it.

Terri would you mind sharing the recipe for the bundt cake, it sound delicious.

DH has been craving a caesar salad, so I made the dressing, washed and chopped the romaine, so all is ready to go. Just serving it with a sourdough baguette. Dessert is chocolate ganache cake leftover from Valentine's Day.

Pot roasted beef with onions and carrots, gravy, mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.

Raven, simple meal, I like it!

Well I made huge buns, they spread for some reason, so made huge patties..cooked them on the Foreman, after some onion slices and bacon..then loaded up with tomato and lettuce..so that was it..no sides...just mondo burgers.

Oh product alert..Kraft slices, White Cheddar Habanero Cheese..really quite tasty not hot at all..just spicy..never noticed them before..and I buy a lot of sliced cheeses..so I'm not sure if it's new or Safeway just started carrying it.

But I highly recommend..for a little flavor punch.

Kamren and I love Ceaser salad..never made the dressing from scratch. I buy an organic one that's pretty tasty.
