I read another release where he'd suffered from depression most of his life. It is an awful thing to suffer from and to try to get relief is difficult, even with medications available.
And it's a terrible thing to lose your child for any reason.

Yes, Marie suffered from post-partum depression after the birth of her son Matthew (it was Michael who just died).

Jumping off an apartment building. Sheesh. I can think of far better ways. This one is sad. I've always respected the Osmond family. They're really a pretty normal, albeit large family who has values, ethics and respect for each other. Not afflicted with a Wacko Jacko or the Duggar greed syndrome.
