Cupids Crunch

Yesterday I attended a luncheon and we were treated with individually wrapped bags by one of the ladies. Everyone raved over the treat and wanted the recipe. She just sent it to me so I can email to my group, and I'm sharing with you.

Cupid's Crunch
Here is the recipe for Cupid Crunch. It's very easy. I used more popcorn than stated. Also, if you can't find the red & white candy corn, you can use mini marshmallows and/or craisins. I have not done that yet, but plan to on my next batch! I also make a popcorn treat with peppermint candy and it very good. I will be glad to provide that recipe if any one wants it.

Cupid Crunch

1 (24 oz) package vanilla Almond Bark
2 bags of lightly salted microwave popcorn, popped (approximately 16-20 cups popped popcorn)
1 1/2 cups Valentine candy corn
1 cup dry roasted, salted peanuts
1 1/2 cups M&Ms (Valentine colors)

Pop popcorn and place in a large bowl. The largest you have. Pour peanuts, candy corn, and M&Ms on top.

Break up almond bark. Melt according to package directions. Pour over popcorn mixture. Stir until everything is well coated and then spread out onto waxed paper, parchment, or foil. Let sit until completely dry and then break up into clumps.

This is a picture I found of what it looks like when it's prepared.
