Tulsi Tea

Have been having perimeno-related sleep problems and read Tulsi Tea (dried holy basil) is supposed to help with that. So I found an organic Tulsi/Hibiscus blend - hibiscus cause my BP is creeping up and Hibiscus helps lower it - and it works!

You can drink it any time of the day because it is relaxing and not sleep-inducing, but if you drink a cup an hour or so before bed, the relaxation effect will help you fall asleep in no time. Or at least it does for me. I don't even wake up in the middle of the night any more, I sleep through.

The reason I bought organic is because Tulsi is very efficient at absorbing heavy metals from soil, and non-organic is not tested for that.

If I drank tea before bed I'd be up ALL night using the bathroom!

It's not right before bed, it's an hour or 2 before.

it wouldn't matter I'd still be up all night if I drank hot anything after 6 pm.
