What would you do?

We have very large windows in our living room, which faces the street.....and our across-the-street neighbors. Even with the wooden blinds closed, we can see the lights of traffic activity. Our seating arrangement faces that window; we aren't freaky spies.

OK....here's the scenario. One of the family members residing in the home is in his early twenties, and with a 'past ' of the criminal nature.
Let's put it this way : we keep every door on our property locked. To our knowledge, he hasn't been in trouble for quite a while.

Every single evening for three or four years, we have noticed a very large amount of traffic at that house. Most of the time, it's him that is backing out and returning less than fifteen minutes later. Twenty or more times a night while we are still up! There is also outside traffic that stops by for just a minute. It seems to start at dusk.

His mother is there all of the time, though the father travels a great deal. This nighttime activity occurs even with the parents at home.
This is a nice, quiet residential neighborhood and the parents are good people.

My inner voice is talking to me....and has been for a long time. What would you do?
