I'm sure my NF will keep getting larger, but as of right now it is 56" in diameter and the tallest leaves top out at 31". The flower stalks are not tall - they bloom right above the foliage. (and thanks for asking... I just went out to take the measurements and noticed that I have one eye that is sporting, darker green margin, lighter green center - something to keep an eye on that I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't trying to get a tape measure down into the heart of the plant.) My Liberty have not been nearly as vigorous as Sagae, and never get as tall. After several years, still only maybe 18" tall... of the others, I only have Invincible at a size to talk about... it is definitely smaller, and lower growing, than NF... Invincible is a small-medium plant, NF is definitely large. One more thought for you... if Niagara Falls is on list, you might also consider War Paint. In spring, for a few weeks, it will give you a spectacular light-centered coloration - then it turns all green an becomes indistiguishable from its parent, Niagara Falls. I've grown very fond of WP in the last couple years...

Mine are within sight of each other so I just went out to eyeball them. Both are about 4 years old. Niagara Falls veins are more prominent, has more ripples, and cups downward while Green Piecrust so far cups up, and for whatever reason is more resistant to leaf damage. GP will get to be slightly larger according to Hosta Handbook.

In Toronto, a visit to Casa Loma is always fun. On the way back to Mich, stop in Stratford for some Shakespearean and other theater. I've never seen a bad performance there. I'd recommending coming back over the Ambassador Bridge because the view is good. In Detroit, if you a baseball fans, take in a Tigers game. Also in the Detroit area, in Dearborn specifically, Greenfield Village and the Henry Ford Museum are good for a couple of days. we've also done a tour of the Ford Rouge plant, a very environmentally car assembly factory - that was really interesting and was a great visual showing how people don't make cars any more. We just got back a couple of weeks ago. It was much better than I was expecting! We stayed our first night at the Hilton in Canada, with the Falls view. You definitely have to get the falls view!!! The Hilton was really great, except, for part of the view you get all the construction going on - more hotels. For older kids, they have a fantastic water fall and water slide in the hotel. If you like pizza or Italian food, you can go to a place called Michael & Angelo's. It's very good and very reasonable. Be sure and take water or drinks with you when you hike down to the falls area. Drinks (water, cokes, etc., will cost about $2.50. I went to the store and purchased a cheap styrofoam ice chest and my drinks. I just took water with me everywhere I went. Good advice on the Butterfly Conservatory and Botanic Gardens. Both are fantastic. The Maid of the Mist is a MUST SEE, as well. The Journey Behind The Falls was neat also. We also rode the "People Pusher" - I think that is what it's called. It's a bus that runs about every 10 minutes at all the tourist places. It really beats driving your car around and trying to find a place to park. Also, if you're there on the weekend, be sure to watch the fireworks and lighted falls. You didn't say if you're on the American or Canadian side. Don't stay on the American side! We spent the first night in Canada (that's where we splurged on the hotel room) and the second night on the US side...no comparison! I wish I had splurged both nights. We were only there three days & two nights, but I got everything in I really wanted to see, except for Cave of the Winds. Also, room rates almost triple on the weekends, so if you can go during week days, you can get by a lot cheaper. One thing that amazed me about the Canadian side, was that with all those thousands of people there, the place was immaculately clean. Be sure to take lots of film and video camera. HAVE FUN!
