Snow is still hanging on the branches, but not nearly as magical as it looked last night after dark.

It does look lovely but I would rather just look at it than deal with it. Georgy on the other hand would have a ball!

Gorgeous. I love looking at snow, but I don't want to deal with it. I left my snow shovel behind when I moved to the west coast.

I read your post this morning, so I'm so glad you posted pictures. It is beautiful--and so quiet. You have a beautiful view from your backyard.

I too love how fresh snow and frost look in evening and twilight.

We too had what I call snow fog and the trees and bushes were just beautiful and so sparkly when the sun cam out. I can see the deer prints on your pictures--guess they have to eat too! Beautiful and peacefull pictures. I do miss living in the mountains--at times.

Pretty in pictures, but don't miss that at all. We left our snow shovel in Ohio when we moved south.

Huge blizzard headed our way here in New England for tomorrow. Strong winds will cause a lot of damage to the trees etc. and power outages. We haven't had to deal with anything like this for a couple of years. We have been very lucky. I am sure there will be many beautiful pictures. |
