I'm hungry!

I don't usually have a growly tummy first thing, but I am ravenous this morning. I have a big green smoothie most every morning that fills me up but that's just not going to cut it today!

I've been mulling my options....I have eggs, potatoes, Canadian bacon, thick sliced maple cured bacon, English muffins, lots of fresh fruit and veggies, cheeses, yogurt, oatmeal, stone ground grits.

Humm. What would you fix for a special breakfast?
