On every continent there is a city named "Rome".

Today's question is

What else is as unique as fingerprints?

Unique as fingerprints? I immediately thought of DNA!

PS: I have worked for many years in a high-tech R&D laboratory. Another company once had a contract to develop the hardware and software to test the feasibility of using thermal IR technology to uniquely identify a person (as for a security checkpoint). I was part of the team designated to test what they came up with and it was a complete failure, so I'm pretty sure that "thermal print" is not the answer to this question. LOL!

DNA does come to mind.
Iris pigmentation is also unique.
Maybe something to do with dentition.

hahahaha! I can think of so many that make loud noises! Elephant because they always use one in the movies to call out to other animals at far-away places. lol! Raptors (eagles, hawks, etc) have incredibly loud shreaks!!! Whales must produce huge sound to carry so far through the water... 'Big cats' (lions and tigers) are loud! So is my domestic calico cat Esme. lol!

I bet I know... sinus cavities. Believe it or not. They've used it to identify bodies before. Weird, but cool. I could be wrong, but I remember hearing something like that.
