I saw the whole interview with George. I do a lot of thinking as I stare at him. He can't be denied. He is a good enough actor. I do wonder though, since he has always said he will never marry and his girlfriends have a limited shelf life, how he tells them it is over."Time's up." And, do they ever live with him. I think not.

Meryl in Sophie's Choice was it for me. She will go down in history as the finest actress of my time here I believe. I love her beautiful skin and her cheekbones. She doesn't work hard at fashion or hair. She has so much more to flaunt than the Angelinas of these times. IMO of course.

They have a movie together too - Fantastic Mr. Fox. Sorry for those of you who love him for his looks, it's an animation.

Thanks for the tip...I've set them both up to record on my DVR. They are both my all time favorites. My daughter has a friend in the entertainment business who has met George Clooney on several occasions. She said he is as handsome, charming, nice, caring and down to earth as can be, a really nice genuine guy.

George Clooney was married to Talia Balsom for 4 years...'89 - '93...then divorced. Neither talk about it and he said he'd never do it again...or have kids. If he's as sensitive as his statements have indicated over his long career...his experience obviously left a very painful mark...and he'd rather not chance repeating it. Who can blame him. He's not the first to react in that manner...nor will he be the last. And perhaps he just discovered he's not cut out for marriage. From my observations over my 72 years...there are a lot of people who should have acknowledged that fact and gone along their way without upsetting someone else's life.

Just a thought.

I think Meryl is the best actress of all time. She was absolutely fabulous in Iron Lady. Most of the discussion with Huckabee was about The Iron Lady....both Meryl and Margaret.

His dad Nick Clooney is as handsome as he is and was an nnouncer for one of the movie channels for years and cant forget his famouse aunts Rosemary and Betty Clooney
