What's for supper.....Saturday?

I made a big pot of chili today and it is almost ready! I like to simmer it for a looooong time to let all of those flavors meld. I added more cocoa powder than usual and it's a nice improvement.

I'll serve it with chopped green onions, grated cheese, sour cream, and crunchy bread.
