Bird Seed question....

MiMi

I have black sunflower seeds in two hanging feeders. Then I made a big 2x2 flat feeder. The bottom is a piece of plywood with edges added to keep them from flicking the food out. This feeder sits up off the ground about two feet and so beautifully sits on top of a Home Depot bucket..... but hey it works! The seed I have been buying at the feed store, for the big flat feeder has some cracked corn in it and nothing seems to be eating the cracked corn so I was wondering exactly what birds do eat cracked corn? I don't have any squirrels that visit but I do have a bunny that gets up into the flat feeder and sits there for a long time eating daily. He does not bother the birds at all, it's a really cute sight. I have wondered what the bunny is eating out of the seed mixture. I have seen peanuts in it so perhaps he is eating those.... But who is supposed to be eating the cracked corn????
