Grams, I've had small slice of thick bread, in a restaurant, but at home I prefer homemade croutons and shredded cheese. Makes it easier to eat.

Would someone kindly post Angela's recipe again? It's getting so many rave reviews but somehow I missed it and can't find it doing a search.
