I have a big cup of coffee with Amaretto Creamer (sipping it right now).....and when i'm done - I make up a bowl of chunks of fresh fruits - cantaloupe, watermelon, green grapes and sliced banana then a small vanilla scone.
Every day for months now.

I stopped eating brekkie a long time ago and yesterday decided to get back into the habit. Quaker makes a new hot granola that I bought yesterday. The box comes with 8 pre-packed size bags of granola. You heat a 1/4 cup of milk and pour it over and it keeps it crunchy. I figure I'll try that for 2 weeks when I'm at work to see if it helps me curb my munchie cravings for the day. Also bringing a can of Healthy Choice soup for lunch. And a snack. I need to get rid of a few pounds that keep coming back. LOL

A crab quiche with red peppers, green onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese. And coffee. I could use some fresh fruit though, so I may head across the plaza and grab a banana shortly.

Really hot coffee(!) to keep me warm. It's so freaking cold! This better be the last spell of it here. We don't have temps below 20 and this year, I swear, it's hardly been above 20! It usually starts warming up around mid March (45 days away) and officially fully warm by mid April, so not too much longer for us either way.

We'll be feeling the polar vortex tomorrow when the high is supposed to be 46. That's 26 degrees below normal.

For breakfast I had a special K chocolate mocha protein shake. They taste delicious and have 10 gms of protein and 5 gms of fiber. Plus lots of vitamins and minerals. And only 190 calories. Just one is very filling so even when I don't need to drink them (when I can chew well and swallow well), I think I'll continue with them.

Mug of coffee, 1/2n1/2 and a 1/2 a t spoon raw sugar.

Oh and one kettle chip and one pizza flavored gold fish(blech)..I was making the boys lunch.

I like breakfast foods but not for breakfast. Usually have those for lunch or supper. I heat up leftovers instead. This morning I had beef bulgar casserole. I plan on having 'breakfast' for my supper tonight.

Sometimes I do too Shirley if I have something on hand. I like macaroni or potato salad also sometimes for breakfast. Love a good bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich . How about a meatloaf sandwich on some good bread for breakfast?

For some reason, whenever I make breakfast for dinner it ALWAYS has to be blueberry pancakes and bacon. And after I've made all the normal sized cakes, I make one really huge one. Old habits die hard!

I had my first breakfast (a green drink made with an assortment of whole fruits and veggies, seeds, and nuts) early this morning. Yummy. I'm getting ready to cook a big bowl of Quaker old fashioned oats and will toss some apple chunks and chopped walnuts. A big dose of cinnamon (Penzeys, you've got to try it) and almond milk stirred in when it's done cooking.

It's cold in here....I need something hot!

Two Trader Joe's waffles, juice and coffee. Usually I have steel-cut oatmeal with juice, but am planning to swim this morning so needed something to keep me! I get hungry two hours after eating only oatmeal, darn it.

Bowl of Fiber One cereal with unsweetened almond milk. I eat the same breakfast ever day...gotta get that fiber.

I never eat breakfast, it makes me feel sluggish the rest of the day. I do have coffee or tea. My first meal of day is at 1pm-ish and it's usually something light.

Bowl of old-fashioned oatmeal, English muffin, orange juice and coffee.

In for the day, so I'll fried ham, scrambled eggs, and a mayonnaise biscuit that I will make.

Nuthin'.

Up late ... doing some paper work and uncluttering (but playing computer games, later).

Woke late - 10:37.

Made a date yesterday to take car in for emissions test, this morning ... had chosen 11 rather than 9.

Installed clothing ... including squeezy socks ... and fed the cat (took water warmed in the microwave to thaw the frozen residue from yesterday) but not myself.

Ten miles to the testing garage: fifteen minutes late. Car passed emissions test ... so now I can get my licence renewed: Thursday is deadline. Not need to take seniors' consultation seminar for driver's licence, this year - as it's every two years, past 80, and I did it last year.

I want my breakfast as soon as I get up. I have either cereal, grits with cheese, oatmeal or one scrambled egg.

My lunch, or early afternoon, is a Carnation Essentials drink; always chocolate.

Pattie43, I guess this is something like your Special K drink. I'll look for those and try one to see if I like it.

Breakfast for me is usually a bowl of oatmeal (winter) or cereal with skim milk (summer). Sometimes I have a cup of coffee too.
