The title of the ad Baxter found in the magazine Thomas dropped is "Choose Your Path". I'm guessing it's some kind of homosexuality cure snake oil.

Jewel is right - I recorded D.A. and paused it - it was 'Choose your own Path."

Wow I figured he was an addict, injecting dope. Interesting. He hadn't seemed to demonstrate being conflicted by his sexuality.

I seldom do - only if it's on special - as I usually drink 2% (semi-skimmed - can also get 1% or skim) ... cheaper- but usually all of the latter three at the same price. Much cheaper on Senior Thursdays ... if one has a loyalty card for that store.

We saw Thomas swipe a serving or soup spoon. I guessed he was going to use it to 'cook' heroin.

I think he went to London to try the advertised anti-gay program. Of course it didn't work, and he's become despondent. I don't know if heroin was even illegal in 1924. Opium was widely used all over the world -- even prescribed by doctors -- for a long time.
