I was taking pictures after the ice storm yesterday when a flock of waxwings landed in the hedge. I was thrilled to finally get a nice photo of them. Sorry I don't honestly know if they are cedar waxwings or bohemian waxwings...to me they were just beautiful and made the most wonderful "shrilling" sound. They look like they are in a crystal world. I posted this on the bird forum and they think they are bohemian.

Thanks, rob and socks. I think it was getting overwatered. That's when I repotted it. I removed most of the dirt and replaced it with the orchid mix thinking I would get better drainage. The soil was pretty wet when I took it out of the pot. I have had this plant 7 years and I'm pretty sure my sister never repotted it for as long as she had it. It has flowered every year, but getting less and less flowers and it was pretty limp. I've moved it away from a north facing window in a very dry room to the family room where it is getting light from both a south facing and a west facing windows - about 2 feet from the windows. Most of my other plants are in this room too and are doing well. It might be my imagination, but it does look a little perkier today. :) Thanks for your help.
