It looks like you could spend an hour looking at your garden and not see everything - there is something hiding behind every corner. Keep the photos coming! They certainly bring a smile to my face.

that would be the perfect thing to scare the socks off my daughter. She's almost 27, has had a fear of gnomes since early childhood watching something about lawn gnomes coming to life, and a very real fear of zombies; although she loves horror movies....hmm,you know I'm getting ideas for Halloween!! You can always find gnomes, I can paint them to look undead....... Tasy, I love it!

The stump was from a log pile. The chimney is PVC pipe painted to look like brick. Cat and dog are from Dollar General (they're plant spikes - so they stick in the ground). The roof has a base of a piece of vinyl shaped into a "teepee" with the sticks glued on. The features were painted all the way around including a rose trellis, windows with curtains, window boxes, etc. Then several coats of polyurethane. A friend helped with it and I just think it turned out really cute.

Foxygrandma, what a delightful gnome garden you have. Kirk's going to want that little black bear for sure, LOL. My favorite is either the gnome holding the flag or the gnome in the last pix with the lantern. The latter really tickles me with his big hat covering his eyes. Luvs, the squiggly things are copper yard stakes I got off eBay. 5 for $10 I think. Turned out the gal lives in Phx so I didn't pay a shipping charge, just got them locally. She makes some neat designs with copper wire, beads, and the big marbles. I keep thinking that's ANOTHER thing I want to do. The List just grows and grows doesn't it.
