| Thank you bulldinkie, sjerin and debb ab for responding. The Sharp cookbook that had the "Four Fruit Pizza" recipe came with my Carousel in about 1984. It was a hard cover full color book.
The glaze for the "Fruit Pizza" is a combination of red currant jelly and corn starch. The base is a sugar cookie crust, the next layer is sweetened cream cheese topped with blueberries, strawberries, apricots, etc. then the glaze tops all of that.
