Please help me find a fridge door hinge cover that has enough room for the wires.

My GC, who is long gone and out of the picture, lost the hinge covers to our fridge doors. I was able to easily find the cover for one hinge, pictured below. However, the other hinge has all kinds of wires feeding into it for the ice maker electronics. This hinge requires a larger cover that has a screw hole in it. I have looked allover the internet and have come up with nothing.

Please let me know if you have any ideas or if you can find this larger, wire accommodating cover somewhere online. It looks so ugly all exposed.
