I've just had the most pleasant buying experience with Matt Martell at Martell Hardware and had to pass it along. Matt runs this family owned business and is really a terrific guy. Great customer service, competitive prices and quick responses. What's not to like? He even sent me a couple of pulls in advance just so I could touch them.

I was pleased to buy my Artisan Suite pulls from Matt...glad to give him the business. Looks like Cliffside has a price increase coming up in January, so if you're considering this line, you might jump on it sooner rather than later.
